I spent seven years in the U.S. Navy as an IT specialist and three years at Microsoft Federal managing incident response for 30+ U.S. Government enterprise customers. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I started building AI systems to fix the workflows that were breaking people. I build because I see the gap and the tools are there.
