Yard is a multi-tenant platform created to power entire networks of manufactured housing websites, focusing on scalable and repeatable systems.
The Problem
Manufactured housing dealers and agencies faced significant challenges with their website infrastructure, leading to inconsistencies and difficulty in scaling.
Every new site required a full rebuild.
Content was inconsistent across locations.
Inventory management was unstructured.
Updates had to be made manually, site by site.
There was no real foundation for scale.
The Approach
Yard was conceived as a multi-tenant infrastructure layer, providing a single system to power multiple websites. Each business receives its own branded site, supported by a shared backend infrastructure.
The focus was on establishing robust structure rather than just user interface design:
Centralized data models for homes, inventory, and manufacturers.
Reusable page templates (home, inventory, model detail, etc.).
Dynamic filtering and search systems.
Role-based access for administrators and teams.
Scalable hosting and domain architecture.
This approach ensures that elements are built once and then infinitely reused.

Yard transforms website design from a one-time deliverable into a scalable product. It empowers agencies and dealers to launch faster, maintain consistency, and grow without the need for constant rebuilds. It functions as essential infrastructure, not just a website.
