This case study details the development of a scalable UX system for Bild Media, applied across 27+ client websites in the manufactured housing, real estate, and service industries.
Unlike typical single-project design, this work involved managing dozens of live websites for diverse clients, each with different branding, inventory, and markets. Despite these differences, recurring problems emerged across projects:

The strategy shifted from individual page design to creating a reusable UX system. This system was founded on four core principles:
