Lead Product Designer & UX Mentor
Vivian is a seasoned product designer with a rich background in AI, B2B, and healthcare industries. Currently based in Baltimore, she has contributed to scaling AI adoption in large organizations, focusing on tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance employee engagement with AI technologies. Vivian's journey includes pivotal roles at startups such as Searchlight, where she integrated organizational science into HR tech solutions, and Multiverse, where she continues to innovate in AI-driven learning tools. A graduate of Brown University with a degree in computer science and psychology, Vivian brings a unique blend of technical acumen and behavioral insight to her design philosophy.
